Oggi martedì 3 Aprile 2018 la Giuria composta da Sonia Bo (Italia, Presidente), Mehdi Khayami (Iran) e Umberto Pedraglio (Italia) ha selezionato le tre partiture finaliste del 2° Concorso Internazionale di Composizione “Appassionato Ensemble” 2018. Sono pervenute 65 partiture provenienti da 22 Paesi di tutto il Mondo.
Ecco le tre partiture finaliste selezionate:
- “Incidences” for violin, by Satoshi Wakamatsu (Giappone);
- “Inside out” for flute, clarinet, violin, cello and piano, by Luca Vago (Italy);
- “Ragged claws” for violin, cello and piano, by Edoardo Dadone (Italy).
Le partiture verranno eseguite il 3 giugno 2018 presso l’antica Chiesa di S. Giuseppe (sec. XVI) a Como. Al termine del concerto la Commissione si riunirà per determinare la partitura vincitrice. La cerimonia di premiazione si terrà subito dopo il concerto.
Today 3rd April 2018 the Jury chaired by Sonia Bo (Italy) and composed by Mehdi Khayami (Iran) and Umberto Pedraglio (Italy), selected the finalist scores of the 2nd International Composition Competition “Appassionato Ensemble” 2018. We received 65 scores from 22 Countries from all over the world.
Here the three selected finalist scores:
- “Incidences” for solo violin, by Satoshi Wakamatsu (Japan);
- “Inside out” for flute, clarinet, violin, cello and piano, by Luca Vago (Italy);
- “Ragged claws” for violin, cello and piano, by Edoardo Dadone (Italy).
The scores will be performed on 3rd June 2018, at the Ancient Church of St. Joseph (sec. XVI) in Como. At the end of the concert the Jury will meet to select the winner. The prize-giving ceremony will be held at the end of the concert.
